CLOSING - 1ST YEAR
At time of closing, customer to
meet with Paul Wagner and put together a punch list of items requiring
callbacks.
During 1st year, all callbacks
should be called into our office. A callback notice will be sent to both the
subcontractor and also the customer.
MONTH 12
1 time call back for drywall
repairs within the first year - Customer to call Paul Wagner Custom Homes
for appointment.
One Year General Construction
Warranty - Refer to Industry Standards Book by Metro Builders Association.
